CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a 20% cancellation fee based on the total service amount. No-shows will also be charged 20% of the scheduled service.
